What we collect
Enquiry forms collect your name, chosen contact details, message, vehicle reference and sourcing or stock preferences. We record the page and campaign source supplied with your enquiry, the time and your consent to contact.
Why we use it
Your information is used to respond to your request and manage the resulting buying or sourcing conversation. The intended lawful basis is steps at your request before a contract, or legitimate interests in responding to enquiries. Optional stock communications require your separate request. The controller must confirm the appropriate basis before launch.
Where it goes
Enquiries are stored in Lovable Cloud and available only to authorised staff. Customer information is not visible to other visitors. Automatic email and WhatsApp communications are not active.
Your rights and retention
You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. A privacy contact, retention schedule, processor details and international transfer safeguards must be verified before launch. Do not submit sensitive personal information.
