Registered Office: C/O Wainwrights Accountants, Faversham House, Old Hall Road, CH62 3NX. These terms still require legal review before launch. They do not replace a vehicle sale contract.
Demonstration listings
Listings labelled example or demonstration are not current stock, advertisements for a specific vehicle or offers for sale. Images are generated illustrations and do not show inspected vehicles.
Vehicle information
When genuine stock is added, specifications, availability, history, range estimates and warranty information must be verified against the individual car. Estimates are not guarantees. Please confirm details before travelling or paying.
Enquiries and sourcing
Submitting a request does not reserve a vehicle, commit either party to a purchase, establish sourcing fees or promise delivery dates. Any terms and availability must be agreed separately.
Consumer information
Nothing in these draft terms is intended to exclude statutory consumer rights. Vehicle purchases from a trader may carry rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Distance and off-premises sales may have additional protections depending on the circumstances. Obtain advice about your specific purchase.
