CONFIDENCE COMES FIRST
Clear information. Better decisions.
Buying your first electric car should be exciting, not confusing.
First EV is being built around a simple idea: help you understand whether electric fits your life, then help you choose the right car. These are our intended service standards. Our operational checks and warranty arrangements will be confirmed before launch.
Vehicle history
We aim to show the history information available for each vehicle, and make any gaps clear. A history check is not a substitute for inspecting the car.
Mechanical condition and MOT
Condition, service records and MOT details belong on the individual listing. We will not describe a car as inspected, serviced or given a fresh MOT without supporting records.
Battery information
Measured battery health will be shown only with its method, assessment date and evidence. When an independent assessment is unavailable, we say so.
Range and charging
Official comparison figures are kept separate from practical estimates. We explain connector type, charging limits and how temperature and speed can affect your journeys.
Warranties and known issues
Warranty coverage must be verified for the specific car. Known issues and limitations should be discussed before purchase, rather than hidden behind a general promise.
Personal support
We want to make the conversation understandable, unhurried and useful. Support arrangements and trading contact details will be confirmed before opening.
